Feeling good to have my blog rolling daily again after a few gaps in Feb/March!
Well last week i wrote about that i want to start improving my Spanish. I gonna be honest now and tell you the truth that its not going that awesome as I thought it would. I have been a little bit lazy! Ooups! But I do use the words and sentences i learned so far! I thought by telling you guys about it, might makes me to get better on it from now on!
Something else I have been better on is my tips for this month!
My friend Anna ( as I have been writing about before, haha she's awesome! Oh btw, she also did this a interview with bjorn borg! read it HERE ) back to my point! She tipped me about this youtube yoga challenge she and her boyfriend did when they where traveling. I know it sounds a bit cheesy but it actually works!
So a few days ago (4 days to be exact) me and Stefan started out 31 day yoga challenge! AND DAMN IT FEELS GOOD!
She has hundreds of yoga and stretching clips!! We do the 31 day Revolution challenge with Adriene!
Most of the videos are between 25-40 min and I have to say it feels like being in a class, witch I find very nice! I use to do yoga a lot from time to time and I feel like this is a great way to get back into it again!
And best part expect that she's an awesome teacher, it's also for free!
