After yesterday’s 4 hours in the sea I deserved a proper breakfast this morning!
Super juice made on:
A hand full spinach
Smoothie bowl with chocolate chia pudding:
A little coconut milk
Overnight oatly chocolate milk with chia
I also take probiotics, iron and vitamin d3 everyday!
Even tho I was pretty smashed when I woke up this morning, this breakfast (plus lastest number from Elle and watching the final of women’s WSL) and 40 min of easy stretching made me feel back on track! One surf session before lunch and one after!
So happy to finally get to try out my new haydenshapes board I bought a few weeks ago! Feeling better and better every time hihi!
Looks like this wind is dropping tomorrow around lunch time! I have a meeting at 10 so will go for a kite session in the morning :)
