After a long day of studies we tried to get a afternoon kite session (but there was not enough wind, but 20 degrees in the sun at least) so instead we went to the gym and then...When we got back home my banana bread was ready after a hour in the oven 👌🏾
I got the inspo from @joannafingal blog a few days ago but made some changes in the original recipe that I found here.
Around 100 g butter
One crumb crust (for the baking tin)
A few TB of brown sugar
4 bananas + one on top
3 dl glutenfree flour
1 TS baking powder
A little bit of sea salt
A little bit of chia seeds
And some vanilla powder
Put the oven on 175C. Make the baking tin ready with a little bit from the butter + the crumb crust. Mix the brown sugar and rest of the butter in a mixer. Blend the eggs and mash the bananas and then mix them together with the brown sugar and butter until it gets a bit fluffy!
Take all the dry ingredients and mix together before mixing it all together before putting it into the baking tin and place the last (split) banana on top. Leave in the oven for about 50-60 minutes and then taada!
