Often I get questions about practicing yoga at home and if I do it by myself.
The answer is no, I do not. For the past year and a half I have practice with youtube yoga star "Yoga with Adriane" Link HERE , which worked perfectly for me! She has a lot of different classes and the best thing is if you are in a hurry, so there are a lot of short classes. Often, I usually do half an hour a day and sometimes even two 30 min classes in. The best part is that all classes are free and super good classes for beginners!
But now I've also downloaded the "Fresh body fit mind" app with Amanda Brisk. So far, I've only did 3 classes but it's definitely worth the $ 10 a month to get access to all classes. Quite similar to "yoga with adriane" but there is a wider range of more challenging classes that feels like I'm looking for right now. I will practice some more classes and come back with a better review of the app a little later;)
